If your destination is a ski resort rather than a city, see our Alpine routes further down, or start from the Zürich airport transfer overview.

Why Book a Fixed-Price City Transfer?

All our city transfers from Zurich Airport are quoted the same way. A metered ride from ZRH to Bern or Geneva is an open-ended number, and the train solves distance but not the two ends of the journey. A fixed-price private transfer removes both problems:

  • The price is agreed before departure — no meter, no surcharge for luggage or night hours
  • Door to door — your hotel, office or chalet address, not the nearest station
  • Flight monitoring — a delayed landing costs you nothing
  • Luggage travels with you — skis, boards and cases loaded once
  • 24/7 operation — night arrivals and pre-dawn departures both covered

For parties over 7 we run coordinated group transfers with several vehicles departing together, which keeps a delegation or a family group on one arrival time.

How the Airport Pickup Works

The procedure is the same for every route on this page. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall at Zürich Airport with a name board, and your flight is tracked in real time:

  1. Arrive at ZRH Terminal 1 or 2 and collect your luggage
  2. Walk into the arrivals hall — your driver is waiting with your name
  3. Luggage loaded, depart directly for your destination
  4. Arrive at your hotel, office or private address

Return Transfers to Zurich Airport

Every route on this page runs in both directions, and the return leg is the one most often left to the last minute. A departure transfer is booked against your flight rather than a timetable: we take the departure time, allow two hours at the terminal, add the drive for your route and a margin for traffic, and set the pickup from that.

  • The same fixed price in both directions — the return costs what the outbound costs
  • No night surcharge — a 03:00 pickup is billed at the standard rate
  • Collection at your door — hotel, chalet, office or private address
  • One booking for both legs — which also reserves the vehicle for your departure date

On the longer routes this matters most: a 09:00 departure from Geneva or Lugano means a pickup before 04:00, and no train runs early enough to make it.

Vehicle Classes

Three classes cover every route on this page:

  • Mercedes E-Class — 1–2 passengers with standard luggage
  • Mercedes S-Class — VIP standard, most requested on the longer routes — price on request
  • Mercedes V-Class — up to 7 passengers with room for skis and boards

Full specifications are on the vehicle classes page, and the limousine service covers VIP and executive requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions — City Transfers from Zurich Airport

Are the prices on this page final?

They are the starting rate for a sedan carrying 1–3 passengers on that route. The final fixed price depends on your exact address and vehicle class, and it is confirmed before you travel, not adjusted afterwards.

What if my destination is not on the list?

We drive across Switzerland and into the neighbouring border regions. Send the address through the booking form and you will receive a fixed price for it.

How far in advance should I book?

For a standard weekday arrival a day or two is usually enough. For trade-fair weeks in Basel, the Montreux Jazz Festival in July, WEF week in January and the school holiday peaks, book as early as you can.

Do you charge extra for a delayed flight or a night arrival?

No. Flight tracking is included and the driver waits for a delayed landing at no extra charge. There is no night surcharge on any route on this page.

Can I book the return transfer at the same time?

Yes, and it is worth doing. Booking both directions together secures the vehicle for your departure date, which matters most in the peak weeks.
