The route: Zurich Airport to Aarau
The drive leaves the airport on the A51, joins the A1 and passes through the Gubrist tunnel into the Limmat valley. After Baden it continues towards Bern to the Aarau Ost exit. The drive usually takes 40 to 55 minutes. At rush hour the Limmat valley is the stretch most likely to slow down.
