The Route: Zurich Airport to Andermatt

The drive takes the A4 past Zug, then the A2 through Lucerne and down the Reuss valley past Altdorf. It leaves the motorway at Göschenen and climbs the last ten minutes through the Schöllenen gorge into the Urseren valley. Journey time is normally 1 hour 30 to 1 hour 50.
