Group Ski Transfers to Swiss Alpine Resorts

Ski groups are our most frequent group booking type. The V-Class was built for this — ski bags, boot bags, poles, and suitcases for 5–7 skiers fit without issue. We serve all major Alpine destinations from ZRH:

Frequently Asked Questions – Group Transfer Zurich

Can we all depart together if we arrive on different flights?

Yes. We track all flight numbers you provide. For groups arriving on different flights, we can either wait for the last arrival before departing together, or send separate vehicles timed to each flight. Specify your preference when booking.

Is there a discount for large group bookings?

The V-Class fixed price already represents excellent value per person. For groups requiring 3 or more vehicles, contact us — we can discuss corporate rates for regular large-group arrangements.

How far in advance should we book a group ski transfer?

For peak ski season (Christmas, February half-term, Easter), book at least 2 weeks ahead. V-Class vehicles fill quickly on peak Saturdays. Off-peak bookings can often be arranged with 48 hours notice.

Can we pay as a group with split payments?

One payment is processed at booking by the lead booker. Internal cost-splitting between group members is managed between yourselves — we issue a single invoice to the lead booking name.

Do you offer return group transfers from ski resorts back to ZRH?

Yes. Return transfers are available at the same fixed rates. Book both directions at once to guarantee availability on your departure day — particularly important for Saturday changeovers in ski resorts.
